There was never any doubt about Titus Young's talent. The receiver out of Los Angeles played as a true Freshman, and lead Boise State in TD catches.

But, after just 3 games in 2008, Titus was suspended for the rest of the year. Coach Petersen never gave a specific reason, just that he, and the team, needed time apart.

In 2009, Titus returned to the field, charging to All-WAC honors as he led the team in receptions. Although, there was a bump in the road. Titus was demoted on the depth chart for one game, presumably for mugging for the camera three times in the Hawai'i game. Also that year, Titus was never officially allowed to talk to the media.

But this Spring, Titus was allowed to break his silence... and he, and his coach are talking about his maturity.
