The Idaho Steelheads got back to their winning ways on Sunday afternoon, beating the Gwinnett Gladiators, 6-5, in sudden-death overtime.
Tied up at five goals apiece, Steelhead forward Andrew Carroll jabbed home a loose puck one minute into the extra period to give Idaho the win. The victory wrapped up a rare Eastern road trip on which the Steelheads won two-of-three games.
Tyler Beskorowany stopped 30-of-35 shots on goal in the win.
The Steelheads next take the ice on Friday, facing Stockton on the road. They return home to face the Utah Grizzlies on February 6.
