It was a busy day for Turkey Bowl action on Thanksgiving. The BPD Patrol pulled away in the 2nd Half to beat the BPD Detectives, 49-14. The North End Lumberman hung on to beat Bud's Braves, 28-21. In the Basque Bowl, Zaharrak obliterated Gazteak, 80-0. St. Mary's Spartans blew out St. Joe's, 41-7. Ambrose South beat their rivals, Ambrose North in a barn-burner, 44-42. In the Plantation Bowl, the Dalmations and Bulldogs played to a 1-1 tie. The Gooder Guys lived up to their names, beating the Good Guys, 35-21. In the Allen Green Bowl, Our Team downed Their Team, 49-28.
