Jay's Take: It will be difficult for Harper to increase his draft value like former Boise State runningback Doug Martin did at the NFL Combine last year. Harper is not as athletically gifted as Martin, however, he is consistent and likely will not struggle in any of the tests he goes through in Indianapolis this weekend. Obviously Harper's injury history will be a concern, but he is a versatile back that can offer help in pass protection and he catches the ball well out of the backfield.
