The finalists for the Davey O'Brien award have been announced and Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore is not on the list.  Texas quarterback Colt McCoy, Florida QB, Tim Tebow and Houston's Case Keenum are the 3 finalists for the award. 

Moore, who leads the nation in touchdown to interception ratio (33-3) as well as pass efficency rating is no longer in the running for the award given to the best college quarterback.  The fact that Moore isn't a finalist for this award pretty much eliminates him from any Heisman Trophy talk.
