BOISE -- After starting the season with six straight wins the Boise State men's basketball team has fallen on hard times.
In the month of December the team has lost five of six games, but what might hurt the most is four of the losses were by three points or less.
As the Broncos approach the beginning of the conference season they feel they've learned a lot about themselves through both the ups and downs of the season so far.
"We've got to be able to keep our composure out there," said senior La'Shard Anderson. "You know when things get hard it's just going to be us 12 together so pretty much keeping our composure and finishing the game strong."
The Broncos will need to have a short memory considering the fact that when the WAC season begins their non-conference schedule won't really matter anymore because if they can cruise through conference play they'll be set come March.
BSU begins it's final season in the WAC Wednesday night at 8:15pm against Louisiana Tech.
The men's game will be the second game of a BSU basketball double header with the women playing Saint Mary's at 6pm.
