BOISE-- The Boise Hawks are on a roll, winners of four straight games and coming off a series sweep after beating the Spokane Indians 11-7 on Monday night.
As has been the case in their prior three wins, the Hawks used their bats to respond after trailing early in the game. Spokane jumped out to a three-run lead in the first inning, but Boise countered with four runs in the second. The Hawks scored runs in four of the next six innings, and avoided a late Spokane surge to capture the victory.
The Hawks now hit the road for a week long road trip. They will return to Memorial Stadium on Monday, July 4.
