FRUITLAND-- NFL offensive lineman Jordan Gross was back in his home town of Fruitland this week for the fourth annual Jordan Gross Football Camp.
The camp is a way for Gross to raise money for his Alma mater, as well as pass out an important message to kids: hard work counts.
"I think that working hard is a choice and not something that people are always born with. It's something that I really try to stress to kids, that good things can happen when you work hard, whether it's in the classroom or on the football field or any walk of life," Gross said. "It's a message that I think they need to hear over and over again. I'm living proof that that causes good things to happen."
Gross was joined at the camp by two of his Carolina Panthers teammates.
