ASPEN, Colo. -- Heath Frisby has landed the first ever front flip of a snowmobile at the Winter X Games.

The 27-year-old Frisby, from Middleton, landed the trick in his first run during the best trick competition Sunday night, earning the gold medal.

"It's been everything really," Frisby said during the ESPN telecast. "We got it! We got it!"

His feat came immediately after Justin Hoyer was injured attempting a double back flip in the previous run.
