FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno State is hoping Friday night's primetime matchup against Boise State will bring out the fans.

The last sellout at Bulldog Stadium was against Wisconsin in 2008.

As of Thursday afternoon, about 2,000 tickets remained for the game, which will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.

According to the Fresno State ticket office, the school's student and student guest passes are sold out.

On the field, the Bulldogs are hoping to break another discouraging streak -- Boise State wins.

The Broncos have won seven straight in the series, with Fresno's last win coming at home in 2005.
