LAS VEGAS -- Sunday night players from the the BSU and the University of Utah took some time to visit kids in Las Vegas area hospitals.

Broncos Darren Koontz, Dane Turner, and Matt Wilson visited patients in the pediatric ward at Summerlin Hospital -- handing out gifts and talking football.

Koontz, the sophomore defensive tackle spoke about the joy he takes from these visits. "Everytime I go to the hospital there are usually one or two kids that just like, 'I want to come back and hang out with that kid he's a cool guy."

One of the kids the three stopped by to see was 15-year-old Summerlin patient and football player Romel Alberson.

"It's exciting for me because I love playing football and I love watching and stuff like that, just everything involved with football. So it was exciting to see actual known football players," Alberson said.
