BOISE -- The Boise State football team held steady in both major polls Sunday.

The Broncos are ranked No. 22 in the USA Today Coaches Poll and No. 24 in the Associated Press Top 25.

In the coaches' poll, the Broncos tied a season high with 271 points, following their 20-10 victory over Fresno State on Saturday.

While both Texas (previously No. 15) and No. 23 Stanford (previously No. 17) fell behind Boise State in the top 25, No. 20 Texas Tech and No. 21 TCU jumped the Broncos, but barely. The Horned Frogs received 272 votes and the Red Raiders - who knocked of previously fifth-ranked West Virginia, 49-14 on Saturday, hauled in 274.

Texas Tech will play TCU at 1:30 p.m. (MT) next Saturday in Fort Worth.

The coaches' poll accounts for one-third of a team's score in the BCS Standings, which will be released for the first time this season Sunday evening at 6:30 p.m. (MT) on ESPN.

Boise State remains the only ranked team in the Mountain West, however, Nevada received seven points following their 42-37 comeback win over 1-and-6 UNLV on Saturday.

The Broncos will now play the Rebels next Saturday at 1:30 p.m. (MT) at Bronco Stadium.
