Capital High running back Corey Bell has given his verbal commitment to play football at Boise State.
Bell, who's a senior at Capital has six rushing touchdowns and one receiving score this season.
Capital High head coach Todd Simis confirmed the news on Wednesday night.
"I got a text message from coach Pete about a half hour ago telling me Corey had committed," said Simis. "We've had a really good relationship with coach Pete and I hope the relationship between Capital High and the Broncos remains strong."
Bell will be a freshman for the 2011 season.
No commitment is final until National Signing Day which is February 2nd.
Bell will joins four other Broncos on the current roster that attended Capital High School. Tight end Kyle Efaw, defensive lineman Jerrell Root, red-shirt freshman receiver Geraldo Hiwatt and freshman Kyle Sosnowski all played under Simis at Capital.
