BOISE -- Boise State coach Leon Rice finally has a roster filled with familiar names and players.

As he sets to begin his third season with the Broncos, Rice has a team filled with players he recruited and assembled to fit his system.

The season begins Sunday when the Broncos host Texas Southern.

Boise State finished 13-17 last season behind an inexperienced group of players. But they're all one year older and wiser as the Broncos enter their second and final season in the Mountain West Conference.

The team's leaders this year are senior center Kenny Buckner and forward Anthony Drmic and guard Derrick Marks -- both sophomores.

Rice hopes a more veteran team translates to more success on the road. Last year, the Broncos were just 1-11 in away games.
