Homemade Dark Chocolate Slivers
1 bag (12 oz) bittersweet chocolate chips or bars with >60% cacao (no milk fat in ingredient list)
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted almonds
sprinkling sea salt
Melt chocolate in double boiler or in saucepan over low heat. Add chopped almonds. Pour chocolate onto cookie sheet or baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread into even, thin layer. Sprinkle sea salt onto chocolate.
Let chocolate set in fridge for about 15-20 minutes. Break into 24 slivers.
