HERB ROASTED RED POTATOES
FOR 3 LBS “C” SIZE RED POTATOES SNIPPED AT EACH END
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon Rosemary
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon Marjoram
1 tablespoon Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Basil
Method
Mix together all ingredients and toss with potatoes.
TO COOK POTATOES: Place on a sheet pan and roast in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
