COCONUT RUM TILAPIA FILLETS WITH JASMINE RICE AND MANGO SALSA
4 oz Tilapia Fillet
Flavor each with 1 oz coconut rum, wrap in aluminum foil and grill for 20 minutes
¼ cup Jasmine Rice
cook as directed
Mango Salsa
2 mangos
¼ c. red onion
2 tbsp jalapenos
½ c. Cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt/pepper to taste
