Chef Lou's Warm Banana Cobbler
1-CUP SELF RISING FLOUR
½ CUP MELTED BUTTER
4 SLICED BANANAS
CRUMB TOPPING (SEE RECIPE BELOW)
VANILLA ICRE CREAM-AS NEEDED!
To make Crumb topping: Using a fork, mix together ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, 1/3 cup softened butter, 1 cup uncooked oats and ½ cup chopped nuts of your preference.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar and milk until smooth.
Whip in melted butter.
Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Top with the banana slices evenly.
And sprinkle the entire crumb topping over the bananas.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cut into 8 pieces (or whichever size you would like).
Serve warm with “a Chef Lou” portion of vanilla ice cream!
