Autumn Cheese Ball

Ingredients
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound Cream Cheese
¼ cup Chopped green onions
¼ cup minced onions
2 teaspoons Paprika
¾ teaspoon cayenne Pepper
¾ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 broccoli Stalk

Sliced Apples
Crackers or sliced French Bread

Method
Combine cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
Cover and chill a couple of hours until mix has firmed up.
Shape cheese mixture into the shape of a pumpkin.
Smooth surface with a spatula. Make vertical grooves in the ball.
Cut florets off broccoli stalk.
Cut stalk to resemble a pumpkin stem and press into top of cheese ball.
Serve with apple slices and crackers or bread.
