3 Avocados, ripe, peeled, seeded
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/3 Cup Green Onion, diced
2 Cloves Garlic, roasted
1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice, fresh
3 Strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Remove outer peel of garlic. Slice 1/2" of the top of garlic so that tops of garlic show. Place in aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Close foil and place on grill for about 30 minutes.
Cut avocados into large chunks.
Mash coarsely with fork in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently.
3 Serve on top of a hamburger or with tortilla chips.
