The KTVB News Group is looking for an aggressive general assignment reporter who excels at reporting live.
The successful candidate will have strong journalistic skills in writing, interviewing, and ethical decision-making. The successful candidate will understand and demonstrate that live shots are part of storytelling.
You will be responsible for generating sources, enterprising story ideas, and follow-ups. We’re looking for someone who puts high value on all of the tenets of journalism and teamwork.
At least 2 years of experience as a reporter at a commercial station is preferred. The successful candidate also will be responsible for reporting on KTVB.COM. This is a full time position.
The KTVB News Group also creates content for KTFT-TV in Twin Falls and our 24/7 news channel.
