Students at Idaho school forced to sanitize
04:52 PM MDT on Wednesday, April 16, 2008
IDAHO FALLS -- Custodians spent the night scrubbing down an Idaho Falls school to prevent the spread of MRSA.
The school district confirmed Tuesday that a staff member had the staph infection.
For the next ten days, students at Rocky Mountain Middle School must wash or sanitize their hands every time they step into a classroom.
The school district says the school is safe and letters warning parents were sent home with students.
Custodians are sanitizing everything from the floors to lockers to vending machines and will work through most of the night.More Local News
