BOISE -- Kellen Moore is no longer the quarterback for the Boise State Broncos, having moved on to the Detroit Lions of the NFL. But his popularity among BSU fans remains high.

There was a lot of evidence of that Friday morning at local Jacksons Food Stores which began selling 5,000 Kellen Moore bobbleheads at 70 stores around the valley.

The entire allotment of bobbleheads had sold out by the time they went on sale at 6 a.m. Customers were allowed to buy two bobbleheads for $7 each.

We checked at several Jacksons stores in Meridian and Boise. One clerk told us that the first customer showed up at 4 a.m. at the store at Meridian and Overland roads. Another clerk at a store on Eagle Road and Goldstone Drive said by 5:15 a.m. all 72 bobbleheads had been claimed by people waiting in line.

Less than 20 minutes later, dozens of ads popped up on eBay and Craigslist offering the Moore bobbleheads for sale. We found prices ranging from $50 to $200 per bobblehead.

Moore is the last of five bobbleheads being sold at local Jacksons stores. The others were George Iloka, Tyler Shoemaker, Billy Winn, and Doug Martin. Store officials say about twice as many Moore bobbleheads were made. All of the Bronco bobbleheads have sold out.
