Driving down on Bogus Basin road I saw this guy and his dog. I think he deserves an award for being a good pet owner. Not only is the dog wearing a coat, he is also leashed down on the cart to keep from jumping off. I am sure the owner would of put a hat on his dog if the dog would allow it.
