PARMA -- A Parma woman is giving a piece of her town a makeover by painting a large Farmers Market mural on the side of it.
The onion shed is the first thing drivers see as they come out of Ontario and pull into Parma.
A few years ago vandals tagged it with graffiti.
Parma High School art teacher Linda McMillan wanted to do something to welcome drivers heading into town.
"I keep looking at it because the minute you come over this hill from Ontario, to me that was all I could see and it just, it wasn't a good impression on the city of Parma, which is a great little town, you know," said McMillan.
McMillan says she hopes to have the mural finished soon.
Donations helped pay for the project.
