PORTLAND -- A semi trailer hauling a manufactured home tipped over on the Glenn Jackson Bridge Thursday afternoon, causing major traffic delays in the southbound lanes of Interstate 205.
The right three lanes of the freeway were closed for just over an hour as emergency crews worked to move the trailer.
Investigators said they believe the accident was caused by high winds. No one was injured.
Boat traffic was also shut down as a result of the accident, then re-opened just after 1 p.m.
