SEATTLE -- Seattle Police are searching for a man who stuck a gun in a one-year-old child's face and threatened to kill the child's mother during a robbery on Seattle's Beacon Hill Monday night.
Police said around 8:30 p.m. the woman was sitting in her car with her child near Shaffer Avenue South and South Morgan Street when a man walked up to the car, pointed a gun at the woman and demanded her wallet and purse.
He then pressed his gun against the one-year-old's face and threatened to shoot both of them, police said.
The woman handed the suspect a bag, which contained diapers and baby formula, before the suspect fled.
Police describe the suspect as an Asian-American male in his late teens to early 20s, with a thin build and wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt.
