ARLINGTON, Ore. -- The fire that destroyed a historic Nazarene church building in Arlington, Oregon, is being investigated as an arson.
The Gilliam County Sheriff's Office says the fire started at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The church was damaged in another suspicious fire back in July. Investigators don't know if this week's fire is related to that one.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the arsonist.
Oregon State Police and the ATF are working with the sheriff's office on this case.
