Elmore County deputies search for kidnapper

ELMORE COUNTY - Elmore County Sheriff's Deputies need your help finding a kidnapper who took a man across county lines and tied him up with duct tape.

Deputies say around 3:15 p.m. Friday, a 24-year-old man was taken at gunpoint from Highway 21 in Ada County and driven to the King Hill area of Elmore County.

Once there, deputies tell us the suspect tied the man up with duct tape and left in a second car.

The victim later freed himself and drove to a home in King Hill.

The kidnapper is described as six feet tall with short silver hair. He was wearing a mesh ball cap with white on the front. He was also wearing a brown waist length polyester jacket and faded blue jeans.

Deputies also say he has a short silver beard.
