SEATTLE -- Troopers believe five teenage girls were all drunk when their car rolled over in Puyallup early Thursday morning.

It happened around 3:15 a.m. on River Road at 50th Avenue E. The car went over an embankment.

State troopers say the driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault and driving under the influence.

All of girls, who were under 18 years old, were wearing seatbelts.

One girl had a broken arm. She was taken to the hospital.

River Road was shut down for a brief time during the investigation.
