A Centralia, Wash., woman is accused of allowing her toddler son to inhale marijuana from a bong.
The incident was also videotaped and adults can be heard giggling in the background.
The child has been placed in protective custody. The mother has been charged with unlawfully delivering a controlled substance to a minor, and manufacturing marijuana.
