SPOKANE, Wash.-- Several people were hurt early Monday after gunfire erupted at a Spokane music venue.
The Spokane Police Department responded after witnesses reported shots were fired just after 2 a.m. at the Knitting Factory in downtown Spokane, along Sprague Avenue.
When authorities arrived, they found two people who had been shot. Medics rushed them to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
About 30 minutes later, authorities got a call of a second shooting near Maple Avenue and Nora Avenue. They rushed to that scene and found two more people had been shot at a home. Both victims are expected to be OK but were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
Investigators said the shootings are gang related, however, there is no threat to the public. So far, no arrests have been made.
