ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg man who has been warned repeatedly about the offensive smell of cat urine coming from his motor home is now picking up tickets for odor violations.
The News-Review reports the 55-year-old man was cited Sept. 15 while parked on a street and again on Wednesday when his 1979 RV was in a parking lot.
Police said the strong odor of cat urine could be smelled outside the motor home.
