BEAVERTON. Ore. -- Two women were taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a Taco Bell where they were sitting Saturday afternoon.

A fender bender at the intersection of SW Hall Boulevard and SW Scholls Ferry Road caused two drivers to move into the parking lot of the Taco Bell to exchange information.

While in the parking lot one of the drivers, an 85-year-old female driver pulled into a parking spot, then drove through the parking space, up and over the sidewalk and into the building.

Two women were sitting inside at the time.  Both had minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation. The 85-year-old driver was not hurt.

At this time it's not known if she accidentally hit the gas rather then brake or if there was a mechanical malfunction with the car.

No citations have been issued and the case is still under investigation.
