BOISE -- The re-election of President Barack Obama ensures that the Affordable Health Care Act will not be repealed any time soon.
That means that Idaho has until November 16th to submit a plan for a health insurance exchange.
A working group has been meeting with Gov. Butch Otter on the issue.
The big question is whether to set up a state-run insurance exchange with federal money, or have the state be part of a federally-run exchange.
A different working group scheduled to meet Friday is focusing on how Idaho will handle possible Medicaid expansion.
