GLENNS FERRY, Idaho -- The mayor of Glenns Ferry will keep her job.
Mayor Joanne Lanham avoided being recalled during Tuesday's vote.
The unofficial tally is 137 votes in favor of the recall and 206 votes against the recall.
Lanham's critics say the mayor lacks management and budgeting skills, and is irresponsible with taxpayer money.
Lanham, who has been in office for seven years, says she's worked hard to get the city through tough economic times by cutting the budget.
