A monkey, dressed in a winter coat, was spotted in an ikea parking lot in Toronto Sunday afternoon. The escaped from its crate and managed to get out of a parked car as his owner shopped inside.The owner has been fined for illegally owning an exotic animal and now animal services are looking for a new home for the monkey.
