Meridian business donates profits to family of man killed in forklift accident

Jax Nutrition in Meridian donated a percentage of their sales on Saturday to help with funeral costs for DJ Marsh, killed in a work accident last week.

MERIDIAN -- Jax Nutrition in Meridian is stepping up to plate to help the family of the man killed in a workplace accident in Nampa last week.
DJ Marsh was killed after he was pinned between a forklift and a shelving unit at Sorrento Lactalis in Nampa on Thursday.
On Saturday, Jax Nutrition donated ten percent of their sales to help Marsh's family with any and all expenses. and donated an additional $1,000 of their own.
Dorian Willes, an employee of Jax Nutrition, said DJ was like a brother to him and to everyone at Jax.
"We love DJ and he's gonna be missed and its hard to see him gone, but we just want to help and make it easier for the people that are still here financially so we hope that this helps in a small way," Willes said. 
A GoFundMe account has also been set up to help Marsh's family cover any additional costs they may encounter.
