BOISE – Lottery luck has struck someone on the eastern side of the state. Idaho Lottery officials say a Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Bannock County for Saturday night’s draw.
The winning ticket matched all five of the first numbers, but not the Powerball.
The winning numbers from Saturday were 11, 16, 33, 40, 41 and the Powerball was 34.
Lottery officials are encouraging Powerball players to check their tickets carefully and sign the back.
There were over 5,800 winning Powerball tickets in Idaho from Saturday’s draw.
There was no winner of the $183.1 million jackpot, so the estimated jackpot for Wednesday night is now $208 million.
The million dollar winner has 180 days to claim their prize from Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise.
