Boise State unveils new jerseys

BOISE - Boise State University unveiled its new football uniforms for the 2007-2008 season Friday at the new Bronco Shop location in BoDo.
The jerseys, designed for the school by Nike, are similar in style to those worn by the Miami Hurricanes. The home uniform features a blue color, with orange piping. A thin orange line starts at the neck line, plunges down the torso and winds around the side, connecting at the mid-lower back. The words "Boise State" and player's number are white with an orange drop shadow effect.
The round Bronco head logo appears at the center of the neck line, with a nearby white Nike Swoosh.
The away jerseys are similar, with white as the main color, a blue line, and blue lettering with an orange shadow. This is a departure from past season where orange was the accent color on the uniforms - switching to blue.
A replica of the jersey (made by a non-Nike manufacturer) is already available at the Bronco Shop - with locations in BoDo and inside the bookstore on campus at Boise State.
BSU Sports Information Director Todd Miles says the official Nike jerseys will likely arrive in late July.
