Idaho drivers rank 4th best in the nation

Idaho drivers are ranked 4th best in the nation.
DENVER -- Idaho drivers rank 4th best in the nation.
That's according to a 20-question test administered by GMAC insurance.
The report ranked drivers across the state line in Oregon as the best in the country.
Rhode Island may the smallest state, but it's filled with the largest amount of bad drivers, according to the report.
Elsewhere in the region, Colorado ranked 15th, Montana sixth, Wyoming tenth, Utah 20th and New Mexico 43rd.
