Woman indicted for sexual battery

BOISE -- A Payette County woman was indicted by a grand jury today on three counts of sexual battery of a minor.
The grand jury indictment happened this morning and the woman accused is not in police custody yet.
She iss 35-year-old Sheryl Nawahine.
The indictment says she had sexual involvement with a 16-year-old male. Three counts include allegations of illegal sexual behavior and showing a sexually explicit video and or photograph to the minor.
The court document says the crimes happened between August 3 and September 2, 2007.
All three charges are felony offenses.
