BURLEY - Authorities in southern Idaho say a suspect sought in a fatal stabbing in Burley has turned himself in.
Cassia County Sheriff Jim Higens says Christopher Foss, 20, of Burley, turned himself in Monday in connection with a stabbing Saturday night in Burley.
The victim, 24-year-old Alexander Rauh, also of Burley, died Sunday of injuries suffered in the encounter that unfolded in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Cassia County Prosecutors say they expect to charge Foss Tuesday with two felonies, voluntary manslaughter and an enhancement for use of a deadly weapon.
