BOISE -- A man accused of murdering a University of Southern California student from Eagle, Idaho has pleaded not guilty.
Travion Ford, 24, was scheduled to appear in court yesterday, but that hearing has been continued until Nov. 5.
Ford pleaded not guilty to the murder charge last month. The case includes a special allegation of using a deadly weapon.
Los Angeles County prosecutors say Ford got into an argument with Bryan Frost, 23, and two other USC students walking down a street early on the morning of Sept. 18. The dispute escalated and Ford allegedly fatally stabbed Frost.
If convicted, Ford faces a sentence of 26 years to life in prison.
He remains in jail on a bond of more than $1 million.
