BOISE -- Boise Police say a noise complaint in a Boise neighborhood has led to the arrest of two people on drug charges.

Around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of North 30th in Boise. When police made contact with the residents they were found to be smoking marijuana in the presence of a small child.

Officers discovered 35.5 grams of marijuana in one baggie and 2.1 grams in another. They determined the marijuana was intended for sale. A glass pipe and other drug paraphernalia was seized during the bust.

Police arrested Dana Lynne Meyer, 25, and Ryan David Trowbridge, 28, both of Boise.

Meyer is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, injury to a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trowbridge is charged with injury to a child, violation of a no contact order, frequenting a place where drugs are used, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

The child living there has been turned over to the custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
