MERIDIAN -- Four men have been arrested after Ada Metro Narcotics Unit seized more than five pounds of marijuana from a Meridian residence last night.

Officers seized the marijuana and more than $2,000 in cash. They say they also found several items of drug paraphernalia, and items that are consistent with the sale of drugs. 

Police say the marijuana had a street value of $20,000. 

Arrested was Edwin Wanta, Devin Hamel, Travis Hamel and Julian Cunningham.

All four men were booked into the Ada County Jail.

A 16-year-old was also arrested for an outstanding warrant, but his identity has not been released.
