BOISE -- More than a hundred people turned out in Boise for a chance to
appear on televisions newest reality show.
Dallas Mavericks owner and Internet billionaire Mark Cuban is looking
for 15 contestants for his new show, The Benefactor. But he isn't
telling anyone what they'll have to do to have a shot at the million
dollars the winner would get.
That still didn't deter people from showing up at a Boise motel to make
their pitch for a spot on the show this weekend.
Twenty-nine-year-old Louis Plunkett of Boise says he went just for the
cash.
Hopefuls simply looked into a camera and explained why they should get
the money.
Casting Director Scott Wissner says he's looking for people with
outgoing personalities and points of view. No schedule for the show has
been announced.
Casting calls were also held in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, and Las Vegas.
