BOISE -- Boise Police say a Boise teen missing since last Wednesday has been found unharmed at a remote campground in Franklin County, Washington. That's in the eastern part of the state.

Saddie "Elaine" Julian, 14, of Boise was believed to have run away with Morgan Douglas Jones, 27, a man she met over the Internet.

Detectives say Julian and Jones developed a relationship while playing the Internet game "World of Warcraft". It is an interactive science fiction game allows participants to have voice-to-voice contact.

Police say Jones drove to Boise from Birmingham, Alabama, and picked the teen around 7 a.m. on May 28th.

The pair was found at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time today and are in the custody of the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Washington state.

Authorities say Julian appears to be in good physical condition.

Boise Police detectives have contacted the teen's family who are relieved to know she's been found and is unharmed.

Franklin County Sheriff Richard Lathim says a citizen tip led deputies a campground in Palouse Falls State Park, about 70 miles from Pasco, Washington. Lathim says the area is very remote.

People camping in the area came home after a weekend camping trip and saw this morning's TV news reports of the missing runaway, and alerted police.

Jones has been arrested on a kidnapping warrant out of Ada County and will be taken to the Franklin County jail.

Saddie Julian will be held at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for questioning.

"We appreciate the local media for getting the word out so well to our community here around the Tri-Cities," said Sheriff Lathim. "And we greatly appreciate the citizens who noticed the car, put it together with the news reports and called it in so quickly."

"Finding this teen and telling her family she's safe has been our priority," said Boise Police Lt. Alan Cavener. "We had cooperation from local media who understood the importance of, not only getting the word out in Boise, but with their colleagues throughout the northwest. Citizens were also watching for the suspect's car, the teen and the suspect. This is a case where everyone's cooperation made for a positive ending."

The family of Saddie Julian e-mailed NewsChannel 7 a statement saying:

"We are so relieved that (Saddie) was found safe and unharmed. The last few days have been very difficult. We've had a lot of tension and sleepless nights wondering and waiting for any morsel of new information.  Words cannot express how thankful we are."

Police say right now Jones has only been charged with kidnapping. But since he crossed state lines, Jones could also face federal charges.
