MERIDIAN - Three people have been indicted by an Ada County Grand Jury for multiple acts of lewd conduct, sexual abuse of a child and felony injury to a child involving two 15-year-old girls.

Douglas Winberry, 50, of Meridian, Colby Watson, 36, and Lindsey McKeehan, 23, both of Boise, were arrest last month following an investigation by Meridian Police. Police say Winberry was engaging in sexual acts with an underage female and offering prostitution services on the Internet site Craigslist.

During the investigation, officers say they found another man, Watson, and a woman, McKeehan, were also using the girl “in the same manner.”

Police conducted a search of Winberry's home and found a CD containing sexually exploitative images of a female under 18 in various sexual poses.

All three suspects were indicted after the grand jury heard evidence from several witnesses involved in the police investigation.

Ada County prosecutors say Winberry is now charged with sexually molesting two adolescent girls, while Watson and McKeehan are charged with sexually molesting one adolescent girl.

They were originally charged with sexual exploitation and inducing child prostitution, but the prosecutor has elected to charge them with acts of lewd conduct, sexual abuse and injury to a child.

Police say Watson and McKeehan took pictures and video of sex acts involving the victim. The victim told detectives the acts were consensual, however the girl is under the age of legal consent. They are also accused of supplying the girls with meth in exchange for sex.

Winberry remains in the Ada County Jail on $1 million bond. He is considered a flight risk after fleeing Idaho and being arrested in Washington state.

Watson and McKeehan are also being held in the Ada County Jail on $200,000 bond each pending further court proceedings.
