Asea Andra, 20, and Todd Wadman, 24, have been charged in connection with a July 3rd robbery at a Meridian tobacco store.

MERIDIAN -- Two people have been arrested and charged with plotting a robbery hoax.

Asea Andra, 20, of Boise, is charged with felony conspiracy for a July 3 robbery at the Tobacco Connection on Meridian Road.

Police have also charged Todd "TJ" Wadman, 24, for grand theft and criminal conspiracy.

Meridian Police say Andra, who worked at Tobacco Connection, called police on the evening of July 3 to report a robbery.

Investigators say they noticed inconsistencies in Andra's story and later learned she and Wadman knew one another and executed the robbery together.
